Surf Improvers brings weekly forecasts for all of the main surf spots around Ireland each weekend
About Me
I have been surfing over 15 years and teaching as an ISA Approved Surf Instructor for the last 11 years having taught in Ireland, Portugal, Gran Canaria, France and have surfed all over Europe, Morocco, Mentawai Islands, Maldives and the UK. I have a passion for forecasting and reading the charts to catch the best waves each weekend.

Safety Notice
Surf forecasting is not an exact science and I can take no responsibility for any individual who willingly enters the water without assessing the conditions, their own fitness, health or skill level and knowingly or not puts themselves in danger. Forecasting the conditions on any weekend does not take account of changing weather conditions and the reports are written at a point in time and as with the weather, the conditions are subject to change and I cannot account for all tides in each given location. Surf Improvers forecasts are only for beaches and not for reefs and only intended as a guide to the possible conditions that may be present on the day. This cannot account for any changes to the bathymetry that may introduce rip currents or any current caused by the changing conditions. Any inference of encouragement to enter the water is not intended and this should only be done in cognisance of one’s own surfing abilities and experience. All risks are undertaken by the surfer.
